Thaxted Windmill at Sunset Tuesday 19th July

Tuesday evening’s venue is Thaxted, having driven through today it is looking resplendent with all its Bunting out for the Festival which finishes tonight – so it may or may not still be out on Tuesday.

Meet outside the church at 7.45 – the forecast looks great…if a little warm!

Cambridge Photowalk Saturday 23rd July

A great opportunity to stroll around Cambridge and enjoy lots of opportunities for Street photography, Architectural photography and then, hopefully, a cracking sunset over the River Cam and Backs.

We will be meeting at 14.00 outside King’s College. Alternatively meet at Trumpington Park and Ride at 13.15 for a short bus journey into Cambridge to arrive at the meeting point for 2.00pm – please note the Park & Ride is open 24 hours, however the last bus back to the Park and Ride from Cambridge is around 20.30 – sunset is at 21.04 so I will be getting a taxi back to the car- you are welcome to share ;-).

Loads of details and chat about it on the Facebook page – if you want to come and don’t facebook please let Mark Seton know through the usual channels so we don’t leave without you!

Walk map can be seen here – we will be doing Walk 1 (approx 2.3 miles). If we are feeling fit we can do all or part of Walk 2 as well.

I do not know Cambridge at all so if there are places you think we should go please let me know!
